At KZ Jewelry USA, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received and verified. Some orders may require additional review or verification, which may result in longer processing times.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During promotions, peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We currently offer shipping within the United States. Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing is completed and do not include weekends, holidays, carrier delays, weather disruptions, service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, delivery failures, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the customer.

Once an order is placed, shipping address changes or shipping method changes cannot be guaranteed. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional reshipping charges may apply.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, service interruptions, customs processing where applicable, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the care of the carrier. If your package is lost, delayed, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@kzjewelryusa.com as soon as possible.

To help us review the issue, please provide:
• your order number
• tracking number
• clear photos of the package and item, if applicable
• any relevant delivery details

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but we are not responsible for carrier-related delays, failed delivery attempts, or packages lost, stolen, or damaged after shipment, except where required by law.

Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item, if an item is missing from your order, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@kzjewelryusa.com.

Please include your order number and clear supporting photos.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our verified error or otherwise required by law.
