Refund Policy
At KZ Jewelry USA, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned in accordance with the policy below.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• unworn and unused
• in original, resalable condition
• free from scratches, damage, resizing, alterations, repairs, or signs of wear
• returned with all original packaging, tags, inserts, gifts, accessories, and any certificate provided
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or may qualify only for a reduced refund where permitted by law.
Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
• custom-made, personalized, engraved, made-to-order, or special-order items
• pre-order items once processing, sourcing, or production has begun
• earrings with removed, broken, or tampered hygiene seals
• gift cards
• clearance, final sale, bundle, promotional, or specially marked non-returnable items
• items that have been resized, altered, repaired, damaged, or worn after delivery
How to Start a Return
All returns must be requested and approved in advance.
To request a return, please contact us at info@kzjewelryusa.com and include:
• your order number
• the item(s) you wish to return
• the reason for return
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please also include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Returns sent back without prior authorization may be refused or delayed in processing.
Return Shipping
For returns not caused by our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our verified error or otherwise required by law.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged and shipped using a trackable service. For higher-value jewelry items, insured shipping is strongly recommended. We are not responsible for return packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• your order number
• clear photos of the item
• clear photos of the packaging
• clear photos of the shipping label
• a brief description of the issue
Failure to provide sufficient information may result in delays in review or denial of the claim where appropriate.
Return Deadline After Approval
Once a return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of approval. Approved returns that are not shipped within that period may no longer be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:
• your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account
• refunds apply only to the original purchase price actually paid for eligible returned item(s)
• original shipping charges, gift wrap fees, rush processing fees, insurance fees, and other service-related charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our verified error or otherwise required by law
• taxes will be handled in accordance with applicable law
• if the returned item is not in original condition, is missing packaging, tags, inserts, gifts, accessories, or certificates, or shows signs of wear or damage, we may refuse the return or issue a reduced refund where permitted by law
Promotions, Discounts, and Free Gifts
If an order included a promotional discount, bundle pricing, or free gift, the refund amount may be recalculated based on the item(s) kept.
If returning part of an order causes the remaining order value to fall below the promotional threshold, the value of the discount or free gift may be deducted from the refund unless the free gift is also returned in original condition.
Exchanges
Exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to product availability. An exchange is not guaranteed.
Refused Deliveries, Incorrect Address, and Unauthorized Returns
Orders refused by the customer, returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or returned without authorization may be subject to deductions for original shipping, return shipping, handling costs, and any other costs incurred where permitted by law.
