Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All jewelry must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and certificates of authenticity.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Jewelry must be unworn and in original condition
• All original packaging, boxes, and certificates must be included
• Items must not be engraved or customized
• Earrings must have hygiene seals intact

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will send you a return authorization and shipping label
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the item back using the provided label

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
